Heather Ayer is a Formula 1 enthusiast who fell in love with the sport and wrote a book to make it more accessible to others. She lives in Atlanta and comes from a background of more than 20 years of professional writing. She loves watching the races with her family, two dogs and a cup of hot coffee.

While she hasn’t tried out a Formula 1 car yet, she loves racing around town in her bright green jeep named Yoshi.
